       Joel’s Bio – Joel M. King, Principal Broker/Owner of King Agency Real Estate. He is a  1984 graduate of Arkansas State University with a Bachelors degree in Accounting. Joel has 23 years of real estate and auction experience and is a graduate of Fort Smith Auction School.  He is a member and board member of the Arkansas Auctioneers Association, National Auctioneers Association, Realtors Land Institute, Accredited Land Consultant and has received a prestigious designation of the Certified Auctioneers Institute.  He is a member of our local Chamber of Commerce, a Charter member of the Quad Cities Rotary Club and a member of the Arkansas Board of Realtors.  

      Kim’s Bio – Kim A. King, Agent/Owner of King Agency Real Estate. Kim has been selling real estate in Northeast Arkansas since 1995.  Became an Auctioneer in 2006 and handles all the logistics and details of the auctions from start to finish.  She received her designation through the Auction Marketing Institute as a Certified Personal Property Appraiser. Member of the Arkansas Board of Realtors, Chamber of Commerce, and a Charter member of the Quad Cities Rotary Club.   

     Lisa’s Bio – Lisa D. Ladd, Executive Broker of King Agency Real Estate.  Lisa has been an Executive Broker since 2002. She has extensive experience in property management. Member of the Arkansas Board of Realtors.    

     Dawn’s Bio – Dawn M. Hale, sales agent licensed in 2007. Business owner, college grad and resident of Northeast Arkansas since 1995. Ambitious driven and hard working, looking forward to servicing any and all of your Real Estate needs.

On June the 1st 2009,  Debi Zeiger joined King Agency Real Estate, located on the main street of Hardy.  Debi Zeiger,  a lifelong native of this area enjoys her family, church & work in real estate sales. She volunteered many years & was vice-president of the Spring River Adult & Children Services that educates the public on domestic violence.
